Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) are devices installed at signalized intersections to assist pedestrians who are blind or have low vision in safely crossing streets. APS provide audible, tactile, and vibrotactile indications of the pedestrian signal phase, improving accessibility and safety for all users.
